Tea Stands for Tuesday 4/30/19

Good morning on this last Tuesday of the month.  I hope everything is well in your world.

I'm still in the process of knitting this wrap.  I think I'm about 3/4 finished. The tea I'm drinking this morning is only sitting next to the knitting for the picture.  I normally keep to two very far apart as I view it as an accident waiting to happen.

On another note, I spotted this bunch of succulents while I was out walking.

Aren't thy amazing?   I've never seen the bright yellow blossoms before.  Anyone know the name of the plant?  One of the benefits of taking a walk is spotting things you might barely notice otherwise.

Time to visit Elizabeth's blog and "notice" what my friends there are doing.

  7. I've had all kinds of trouble keeping my internet connected today, or I would have been by sooner.

Your wrap is turning out to be beautiful and looks so soft, too. I'm glad the tea was there for no reason other than to take the photo, because I can definitely see an accident in the making.

That is one incredible succulent. I've never seen any like that before. I'll see what I can find on the internet. It's certainly note worthy.

Thanks for sharing your wrap you are knitting, your walk, the succulent(s), and your tea with us for T this Tuesday, dear Darla.

  8. Beautiful knitting. I don't drink beverages in my work areas either. There's a reason Ma didn't name me Grace =^,.^= Those plants are amazing. Almost like something out of Dr. Seuss! Happy T Day

  12. Darla you are very sensible keeping your tea away from your beautiful knitting, I never bring any drink up to my craft room, I would be bound to spill it.
Those flowers are lovely, we used to have some in our garden years ago.
    Happy T day

  13. I found the succulent! It's quite unusual and beautiful, Darla.

"Aeonium arboreum, the tree aeonium, tree houseleek, or Irish rose, is a succulent, subtropical subshrub in the flowering plant family Crassulaceae." Wikipedia

    Happy R-day! Eileen xx
