Happy Birthday Elizabeth!

Good morning to all my Tea Party friends.  I hope you are doing well in these odd times.  

Do to a number of things, I'm unable to join the party or post on my blog on a regular basis.  The Tea Party goes on at Elizabeth's blog though and you shouldn't miss it.  Hop on over and see what people are posting and wish her a Happy Birthday.

Are you coloring eggs this year?  We won't be spending time with any little people this year so no egg hunt here.  Coloring and hiding eggs was always part of the fun of Easter when my girls were growing up.

I've been reading a lot during this stay at home period.  I'm fortunate to have an e-reader and a local library that has lots of ebooks I can borrow.

Some time ago,  I read "Olive Kitteridge" and liked it very much. Strout was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for that novel. 

I just finished this one.  I don't know what took me so long to get back to this author.  I like her somewhat contemplative writing style. I already have "Anything Is Possible" on my reader ready to go. Are you familiar with Strout's work?  What book recommendation do you have for me?

Good morning everyone, I hope this Tuesday finds you well.

I used one of my blossoming teas this morning.  I don't have very many of them and have been saving them for special occasions.  What occasion is more special that our weekly tea party hosted by Elizabeth?

I'm adding a little bit of humor for you.  I think we could all use a giggle about now.  Please take care of yourself, be well and find ways to enjoy your days.
