I look forward to Tuesdays and the tea party Elizabeth hosts every week. It is one of my happy places. I will be having a cup of English Breakfast Tea as I join the group.
Here is a pair of socks I just finished knitting for DH. Hot off the needles as they say. I'm calling them his Quarantine Socks. I used some yarn from my stash and the two socks aren't exactly alike. I'm fine with that though. Not recycling but certainly using what I have.
I hope everyone is staying in and staying safe.
I do enjoy English Breakfast tea.. and your knitted socks are superb- I cannot imagine knitting such fine, intricate stitches. Happy T day!
ReplyDeleteIt's been forever since I've had English Breakfast Tea. I love the sign you shared, too.
ReplyDeleteYou are the master of creating knitted socks. I love your quarantine socks. I love those colors and how you used what you had.
Thanks for sharing your socks and your tea with us for T this almost Tuesday, dear Darla. Glad to see you back, too.
Sock´s season is actually over here. Hubby´s Granma knitted the coolest socks of left overs, the only thing I like about winter. Yay to socks, a happy T-Day!
ReplyDeleteHi Darla, We only actually drink breakfast tea.
ReplyDeleteI love those socks they look very snuggly, mu husband always wears those socks with the none slip bottoms in winter as he doesn't like slippers but our floors are all tiled so they get quite cold.
Have a great T Day
