Hello Tea Party friends. Today I'm having my tea in one of the "Nana" cups my Granddaughter has given me. I love the glasses on the banana, LOL.
Here is the Valentine I just put in the mail to her. She's all grown up and she appreciates hand made cards. I don't make as many cards as I once did.
The key dangles down the front of the card, I just pushed it to the corner so the words could be read. You Own The Key to My Heart. There is a tiny heart charm attached to the hand the girl is holding down to her side.
Last but not least is a postcard I printed using my gelli plate. I'm getting a little jump on Valentines Day. I have to mail early to be sure they arrive on time.
If you haven't joined the party at Elizabeth's blog, please join me there.
I love the Nana Banana mug! Our daughter was always called Lana Banana in school. Sweet Valentine for your granddaughter. I am sure she will treasure it. I hope tomorrow isn't too late to get a jump on Valentines, so I can mail them Wednesday. Cutting it close, I know. Great gel plate post card. I love playing with my gel plate, the trouble is I never use all the prints I make! LOL
ReplyDeleteHappy t Day.
I love your Nana cup too and your card for your granddaughter is so special-she will love it. I have not tried a gel plate nice print. Happy T wishes Kathy
ReplyDeleteCute post, love the mug and that´s a great card, have a happy T-Day!
ReplyDeleteIt's so fun to have granddaughters! My two mostly communicate by text message, including lots of photos. I never think of sending cards -- I expect everything to be instant. That's all they have ever seen.
