Neighborhood Walk - 2/12/16

I'm calling this the Valentine's Day walk.  Shops on 4th St. are showing their Valentine colors.  I did some window shopping for you.

Of  course there were lots of hearts.  I liked these pierced ones best.

The red purse and the beautiful textiles would be perfect for wearing on the 14th.

Even the shoe store got with the theme.    I confess I don't quite get the sandals with the fringed ankles there on the left.

Wishing you a Happy Valentine's Day.

  1. I like that scarf on the right in your 2nd photo. Beautiful :) I never understood having a lot of shoes, but the fringe-y ones would be fun to see on someone else lol

  3. I actually like that red purse, and I'm not even a purse person.

I don't care for any of the shoes. The heels turn me off, but thanks for taking us with you today. Have a lovely Valentine weekend, dear Darla.

  4. Thanks for the lovely Valentine's Day walk-about. I like the pierced hearts, too. Not sure who would wear the fringed sandals, but surely there's someone out there who might. I do love red purses. Thanks for sharing.

  5. Seems like the ankle-fringe sandals would make a person look like a Clydesdale... love the pierced hearts and the scarves, though!

  7. Happy Valentine's Day Darla. I like the pierced cards too; very nice. But not so sure about the thick ankles those sandals would give one!
